I will aim for all orders to be processed and dispatched within 3-7 working days.
Once the orders are dispatched, any orders placed within the United Kingdom will tend to arrive in 1-3 days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International orders will aim to arrive within 1-2 weeks however there is a possibility that delays will happen. This is due to import and custom delays.
For International orders, there is the option of both International Standard and International (Tracked and Signed). However I would recommend choosing ‘International (Tracked and Signed)’ to avoid any loss or delay.

Exchanges are not accepted.
Refunds will not be accepted unless package is lost or damaged.
If items are lost or have arrived damaged, please contact me and I will do my best to fix the issue.

- If an item is lost during transit, please let me know if you prefer a refund or a replacement.
